30-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange or store credit, and for cash refund returns must be returned within fourteen (14) business days of receiving date, you must contact the company within fourteen (14) business days after receiving the item. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact us by e-mail or by phone to obtain an RMA number. We will gladly refund you in the original form of payment. Shipping costs for returns are paid for by customers and may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee on custom made jewelries, and Eternity Rings unless deemed to be defective or an incorrect item. Use only shipping carriers which provide a tracking receipt and insurance against the package.
All Jewelry items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us that you will be shipping your merchandise. You must include your name, company name, order number item number with the word “Warranty” in the subject of the email. Please provide detail explanation of what is wrong with the jewelry you are sending back.
Make no reference to the word jewelry or the contents that you are sending on the outside of the box.
You must include a copy of the original invoice along with the item you wish to return, exchange or have repaired.
Insure your package for the value of the contents. You are liable if you fail to insure the package you are returning, exchanging or repairing in the event it becomes lost or damaged. Insurance costs involved in the prevention of loss and damage are very minimal. Insure your item for the total amount you paid when you purchased the item.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and repairs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if not paid already by customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about approval of your refund. When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The report gives a detailed enlisting of the key characteristics of each diamond which includes the 4C's and makes it almost impossible to falsify. The GIA certificate marks the credibility of the stone under consideration.
